Shipping Policy

Here at Gamekeeper Butchery, in order to ensure that all orders arrive on time in the best quality and condition, we use a weekly shipping window between 8 AM CST, Monday - 11 AM CST, Wednesday of each week. Refund / Return Policy

Perishable goods cannot be returned so if you are not completely satisfied with your order please call one of our Gamekeeper Butchery representative at 662.495.9292 or email gkbutchery@mossyoak.com. We will review all request and determine the best resolution. Depending on the situation we will typically issues a replacement, credit or partial/full refund.
