PRIVACY POLICY

Information We Collect
When you visit the Site you provide us with two types of information: personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected by us and Site use information collected by us as you interact with our Site.

When you register with the Site, you provide us with certain personal information, such as your name, your email address, your telephone number, your address, your gender, and any other personal or preference information that you provide to us.

As with most web servers on the net, when you enter the Site we will automatically record certain information about your visit in a "log" file. This information may include your IP address, and hostname if available; the date and time of your access to the Site; the referring page, if there was one; the pages you visit on our Site; and the type of browser and operating system you use (your browser will give this information automatically to all web servers).

In addition, we store certain information from your browser using "cookies." A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. We use session ID cookies to confirm that users are logged in. These cookies terminate once the user closes the browser.

Any improper collection or misuse of information provided on the Site should be reported to privacyviolation@mossyoak.com.

Using Information We Collect
We use the personally identifiable information you submit to us through the Site to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Site.

We use both your personally identifiable information and certain non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous User usage data, cookies, IP addresses, browser type, clickstream data, purchase and download data, etc.) to improve the quality and design of the Site and to create new features, promotions, functionality, and services by storing, tracking, and analyzing User preferences and trends.

We do not use your email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. However, in order to provide you with certain programs or features available to all subscribers to the Site we will disclose your user ID (but not your password) to third party providers of such services. We also may use your email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major Site changes or for customer service purposes).

We use cookies, clear gifs, and log file information to: (a) remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Site; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information; (c) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, pages viewed, etc.; (d) track your entries, submissions, and status in promotions, sweepstakes, and contests; and (e) fulfill royalty reporting requirements.

Information We Share with Others
We may contract with other companies to provide certain services, including credit card processing, email distribution, market research and promotions management. We provide these companies with only the information they need to perform their services and work closely with them to ensure that your privacy is respected and protected. These companies are prohibited by contract from using this information for their own marketing purposes or from sharing this information with anyone other than us.

We may provide information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies, or other businesses or persons for the purpose of processing such information on our behalf. We require that these parties agree to process such information in compliance with our privacy policy, and we use reasonable efforts to limit their use of such information and to use other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

We do not share your personally identifiable information (such as name or email address) with other, third-party companies for their commercial or marketing use without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out.

We do share non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous User usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third-parties to assist them in understanding the usage patterns for certain content, services, advertisements, promotions, and/or functionality on the Site.

On rare occasions, we may disclose specific information upon governmental request, in response to a court order, or when required by law to do so. We may also share information with companies assisting in fraud protection or investigation. We do not provide information to these agencies or companies for marketing or commercial purposes.

We also reserves the right to disclose personally identifiable information and/or non-personally-identifiable information that we believe, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to enforce our Terms of Use, take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend itself against any third-party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, to protect the security or integrity of our Site, and to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the Company, our Users or others.

Third Party Advertising
We allow other companies, called third-party ad servers or ad networks, to serve advertisements within our Website. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send, directly to your browser, the advertisements and links that appear on our Website. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, or pixel tags) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize the advertising content you see.

We do not provide any personally identifiable information to these third-party ad servers or ad networks without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. However, please note that if an advertiser asks us to show an advertisement to a certain audience (for example, men ages 18-34) or audience segment (for example, men ages 18-24 who have viewed certain channels of content) and you respond to that advertisement, the advertiser or ad-server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they are trying to reach. The advertiser may also use information regarding your use of the Site, such as the number of times you viewed an ad (but not any personally identifiable information), to determine which ads to deliver to you.

We use a third party Web analytics service provider, DRIVEpm, that uses cookies and Web beacons to help us analyze how users use this Website and the effectiveness of our marketing search terms. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this Website (including, without limitation, your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by DRIVEpm. DRIVEpm will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of our Website and compiling aggregated reports for us. The information collected by DRIVEpm and provided to us is not personally identifiable.

You should consult the respective privacy policies of these third-party ad servers or ad networks for more information on their practices and for instructions on how to opt-out of certain practices.

Our privacy policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, such other advertisers or web sites.

Security
Your account is protected by a password you create. We implement features reasonably designed to protect the security of any non-public personal information that is stored in our database, such as your password. We cannot, however, guaranty the security of your non-public personal information. So if you receive any correspondence purportedly coming from us, please do not supply any password in response to any such request. The confidentiality of your password is yours to protect. You may change it anytime by logging into your account and changing it on the "Your Account" page.
